Inspired by a ln enchanting folktale from Germany, Mother Holle is very much associated with winter. This story honors hard work over anything else however I believe there is more than meets the eye.
Frau Holle represents the sky, birth, renewal & honoring rest after the hard work has been done.
This festive bath bomb is one of my most beautiful ones I’ve made!! I chose to add magnesium to help aid in rest and healing the body after hard work or a long day. Magnesium is wonderful for sleep as well!
