Inspired by a winter folk story from reminding us to cherish and see beauty in each moment we are in, each season we’re in quite literally in the year & also the many seasons we have throughout our lives.
This winter tale was one of my personal favorites. I found myself reading it over and over again & thoroughly enjoying the illustrations as well as the sentiments- to stay present, to recognize the beauty all around us & to share beauty with others as much as we can.
Sandalwood, Clove, Cardamom, Cranberry, Apple, Spruce & Pine
Spray on yourself, your clothing or linens and the space around you. Remind yourself as you breathe in those ingredients to keep your eyes open so that you may see beauty in the small moments; the mundane moments, the extraordinary moments etc.
